+ What is the difference between Biodegradeable protyping plastic & high quality prototyping plastic?

Biodegradeable Prototyping Plastic is a biodegradable thermoplastic that is a highly cost effective option for your model. The principle drawback is that it can become brittle over time. High Quality Prototyping Plastic is a material widely used in mechanical engineering applications. It is easily sanded and typically lasts a little longer over time.

Biodegradeable Prototyping Plastic: 200mm x 250mm x 200mm (8” x 10” x 8”)
High Quality Prototyping Plastic: 200mm x 200mm x 180mm (7.825” x 7.825” x 7.08”)
High Detail Resin: 145mm x 145mm x 175mm (5.7” x 5.7” x 6.9”)

+ Do you remove supports for FDM prints?

Yes! We always remove FDM supports & rafts from finished models.

+ How do you finish FDM prints?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not post-process FDM prints. We are working towards including that in our realm of services. For FDM post-processing guidelines, you can check out LINK guideline.

+ Do you remove supports for SLA prints?

Yes we remove SLA supports before we send them out to you!

+ Do you finish SLA prints?

We finish SLA prints for an additional charge. If you are interested in this service, simply tell us what you need in the notes section of your inquiry. We are able to sand & polish resin prints.

+ How clear can you get clear resin?

Our clear resin is more translucent than transparent.

+ Do you print food-safe materials?

Yes, we do. Our Biodegradable Prototyping Plastic is a food-safe material that we can use to print out chocolate and other food molds. We are also able to make you a food-safe silicone mold. Prices for molds start at $300.



+ How quickly can you print my file?

We can start printing your file as soon as we receive payment. Depending on the time it takes to complete your print, your print will be ready for pickup or shipping the same business day!

+ Can i pick this up?

Yes of course! Please just let us know when you’ll be stopping by!

+ What are your hours?

We are open from 9:30am-6pm Monday through Friday.

+ Can I come by your office?

Certainly, but due to high demand we are by appointment only. If you want to talk about your project, please go to our LINK page and schedule an appointment with us via the “schedule an appointment with us” button.

+ Do you also design/create printable files?

We do! Our design/file creation fees start at $75 and are dependent upon the time needed to complete your project.

+ How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?

We will notify you when your order is finished printing and ready for pickup or shipping!

+ Where can I leave a review?

+ Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes! We send a final invoice to every customer through our auto-quoting system at the time that payment is requested.

+ Can you sign an NDA?

Yes we can! We have a mutual NDA that we can send over or we can sign yours.

+ What is your lead time for file creation/modification projects?

Depending on the scope of work and complexity of your file, lead time can be as little as 1-2 business days.
